Dual Pro Sportsman SS1 Marine Battery Charger

The Dual Pro Sportsman SS1 marine battery charger is a 12 volt independent output, 10 amp per bank, single output, temperature compensating battery charger. The Sportsman series are waterproof, and fully potted for vibration resistance. They feature powder coated aluminum bases suitable for salt water environments. They are robust and durable chargers, which can be mounted and hard wired in a severe duty application for years of trouble free service. They are also built in the USA.
The Dual Pro SS1 single output 10 amp battery charger is appropriate for 12 volt applications where an exterior grade battery charger is required or desired. They have mounting flanges, and will endure water, vibration, and temperature. They are used in marine applications, like boats with a single battery for starting or trolling. When used for a trolling motor application, we use this charger for batteries up to about 100 amp hours. This would be about an 11 or 12 hour recharge on a 100 amp hour battery that was essentially dead. The SS1 can be used as a maintenance charger for larger capacity 12 volt systems.
