SS-10L-24 SunSaver 10 Amp 24 Volt Solar Controller

The Sunsaver SS-10L-24 is a 10 amp 24 volt solar controller in the Morningstar Sunsaver series, with low voltage disconnect. These units are well built pulse wave models, and designed for long term performance. They feature coated aluminum housings (no plastic). The 10 amp capacity of the SunSaver 10L is suitable up to about 180 watts at 24 volts, either single panels, or multiple smaller panels in series/parallel. The SS-10L-24 has an LED that indicates solar power is available for battery charging, and has an operating temperature range of -40 C to +85 C. The Morningstar SunSaver controller series is a well engineered and reliable, reasonably priced solar controller solution. We frequently use this controller with a 10 watt 24 volt unbreakable panel for 24 volt starting batteries on diesel gensets, pumps, or other 24 volt solar maintenance situations. The growing supply of FEMA related generators and pumps sitting in standby for Emergency Management are prime candidates for this setup. We have other voltages and amperages available.
