Quick Charge On Board Chargers

The OB24V/40A Quick Charge 24 volt 40 Amp battery charger is a commercial grade 24 volt battery charger, with a sealed case. These On Board units have mounting flanges and the interlock wiring harnesses, for scissor lift, mast lift, aerial platform, boom lift applications. These are appropriate for some Skyjack lifts, replacing the Skyjack 108592 model charger.

2020. THESE USED TO BE BUILT WITH A SKYJACK SPECIFIC MOUNTING PAD, BUT NOW ARE A GENERIC MOUNTING, SO SOME MOUNTING HOLES MAY NEED TO BE DRILLED.

The Quick Charge On Board chargers are compact for their power output, and can mount in any direction, on scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, standby generators, pallet jacks, electric vehicles, or anything that would benefit from an on-board battery charger. They are vibration resistant, and totally enclosed in a die cast enclosure, to resist the effects of water, dirt, or a harsh environment (pressure washer proof). They are energy efficient, up to 25% more so than ferroresonant chargers. Best of all, they are made in the USA. These are built to order by the manufacturer, so allow about a week lead time.
