POLICIES


Products

All products are fresh, new from the manufacturers. We do not carry reconditioned or used items. The possible exception to this, may be a seasonal promotion where Dual Pro (Charging Systems International) offers us some reconditioned units. These are clearly noted as such, and usually are phone order only, and ship from the manufacturer.

Warranty

Items are covered by manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired/replaced either by ChargingChargers.com or the manufacturer, depending on age or circumstance. It is customer responsibility to return warranty items to the manufactuer (shipping).

 

Shipping

We may offer free Ground shipping on some models. That is ONLY free Ground shipping, to the 48 continental states, and does not extend to any other upgrade to shipping, which must be called in on that item.

 

Returns

Any shipping errors caused by ChargingChargers.com, such as incorrect items shipped or incorrect address used by us, will be corrected by ChargingChargers.com. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or contacting email. This may be obtained by phone, fax, email, or in writing. Single returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee upon arrival and inspection at our facility, unless the item was an error in shipment from ChargingChargers.com. Units must be in new and in re-saleable condition with original packaging and instruction manual. Quantity returns shipped from manufacturers to the customer are subject to a 40% restock fee upon arrival and inspection at the manufacturer, unless special order or quantities outside normal manufacturer stocking numbers which may be denied return. Units must be in new and in re-saleable condition with original packaging and instruction manual. Shipping costs and credit card processing fees (about 3%) are not refundable.


Privacy

Customer information is only used for shipping or contacting customers about credit card verification, shipping questions, product issues etc. All information collected from customers is confidential. Names, addresses, email, phone numbers, and credit information are not sold, traded, or shared. Information will not be used for future solicitation.


 

Orders

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, American Express, Money Order and Cashier's Check forms of payment. Also wire transfers ans ACH transfers - any associated fees are due from customer. If paying by personal check, funds must clear the bank before order is shipped. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $35.00. Shipping rates will also include handling and packaging cost. Faxed orders must pay by credit card only, unless credit has been approved for a Net 30 status. Credit orders subject to credit approval, usually from a standard trade reference letter with at least three references. We accept Purchase Orders from incorporated governmental departments and agencies, medical (hospital) departments, and educational institutions.

Orders are shipped the same day or the next UPS business day unless the item is a build-to-order from the manufacturer, and Ground delivery is within 6 UPS business days, excepting weather induced delays. Possible exception is unexpected out of stock condition due to unavoidable manufacturer supply delay.

Always open and inspect your packages immediately upon receipt. Damaged packages or merchandise should NOT be returned to us. Keep all packing material with the package, and contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. They may want to inspect the box, packing material, and the contents.


   

Issues

We reserve the right to request a bank certified check or Money Order for problem orders, or refuse to supply product, period. A problem order may be one where the credit card declines repeatedly, or the address doesn't match the card, or an Air order where the phone numbers or address don't match, or any suspicious circumstances or requests relating to the order.
